Updated: 6 days ago

A few weeks ago my business partner, Paul Peterson, I and released an article called The Salary of A Group Practice Owner Will Probably Shock You.

We were surprised and delighted by the response. Turns out it resonated deeply with many readers.

Facebook thread discussing the financial challenges of owning a group practice. Comments highlight expenses, income doubts, and career goals.

The majority of the credit goes to Paul. He did a stellar job with the article. While he was working on it, I asked Paul to create a calculator to estimate how much you can make as a group therapy practice owner.

Hello friends :) If you want to join me and other readers in exploring the world of counseling sign up for my newsletter.

I'm proud to say it's now done. We call is the Group Practice Owner Income Calculator.

Yeah. I know. It's not a sexy name.

But it is a really cool tool.

Spreadsheet titled "Group Practice Owner Income Calculator" with revenue and expense details. Highlighted cells show income, expenses, and clinician info.

It's pretty simple. You download the excel, input a few numbers, and can see what your income would be as a group practice owner.

You can get it for free here.

Best,

Jordan (the counselor)

PS. It's in excel, so if you're a Mac download it the spreadsheet and upload it to google sheets for best viewing.
