Immerse yourself in a 1-hour long training designed to develop a greater understanding and more profound awareness of the grief journey of a widow.

In this workshop, participants will explore the grief patterns of a widow which are crucial for navigating the challenges often faced in this loss and transition journey. Through an engaging discussion, interactive exercises, and real-life anecdotes, participants will discover how widows of all ages will change their approach to their personal lives to survive the first year and even beyond, fostering a new identity by recognizing their protective strategies for belonging, belief, and security. From reframing losses, transitions, and grief, to cultivating a mindset of acceptance and meaning, this training will be a holistic exploration of how over time adopting an empowered perspective can profoundly impact both the twists and turns of the grief journey as well as life after this profound and life-altering loss and the widow's overall well-being.
