Discover little-known insight​s​ into appropriately assessing suicide risk for LGBTQ adolescents as well as how to effectively support them over time.

What you will earn:

• 1 NBCC CEs
• Length : 1 hrs

What you will learn :

• Educate therapists/counselors on the Interpersonal Theory of Suicide (IPT).
• Identify issues unique to individuals within the LGBTQ Community
• Relate the IPT to an individual within the LGBTQ Community
• Assist therapists/counselors in making connections between IPT and clinical practice.
• Help therapists/counselors practice identifing specific verbal markers of suicidality in individuals within the LGBTQ Community.

Cost:

• 15$ for event + 10$ for CEs (25$ total)
