Marital Assessment - Special Focus on Gottman Therapy (Beta test)

Most clinicans do not use formal assessments with their couples for one big reason: it's impractical. In this training, Dr. Harris will show you a practical approach to assessing the weak points in a couples relationship and how this information relates to clinical practice. Using a deliberate practice approach, the gold standard in mastery based learning, you will learn:

1. How to recognize the "four hoursemen" markers of marital distress. 

2. How your assessment predicts the level of care the couple needs. 

3. How to present your findings to the client in a therapeutic way.
