Ever watch a master therapist like Leslie Greenberg, Sue Johnson, or Diana Fosha and think, "That's brilliant. But how can I do that?"

This group is your answer.

This isn't just another CE training. It’s a recurring, hands-on practice group dedicated to making you a more effective therapist. We're moving beyond theory and into Deliberate Practice.

Each month, we'll actively practice "process coding" to analyze real therapy sessions—including yours. We'll deconstruct what really works (and what doesn't) to make advanced therapeutic skills specific, concrete, and repeatable in your own practice.

Here's the Plan

This is an ongoing group designed for consistent, in-depth skill development.

• What: Monthly Process Coding & Deliberate Practice Group

• When: The 3rd Friday of every month

• Time: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM CST

• Kicks Off: January 2025

• Where: Zoom

• CEs: 2 CEs will be offered for each monthly session you attend.

• Deconstruct the precise skills that lead to powerful client breakthroughs.

• Translate advanced techniques from master therapists into actionable steps.

• Target specific areas for your own growth with supportive, expert feedback.

• Replicate effective interventions with more confidence and precision.

• Quarterly Guest Speakers: Once every four months, we'll bring in a guest expert.

Who Should Join?

This group is appropriate for supervisors, licensed clinicians, and unlicensed clinicians. If you're ready to stop just learning about therapy and start deliberately practicing your craft, this is for you.

Investment & Requirements

• Cost: $240 for the Jan-April cohort.

• Requirements: To make this a safe and effective practice space, all participants are required to:

  1. Sign a confidentiality agreement.

  2. Bring a video-recorded tape to share (on a rotating basis) for group coding and review.
