About the event
A 3-Week Clinical Tape Analysis: Deconstructing Bruce Ecker’s Approach to Complex Grief (A Decoding Clinical Excellence Training)
There is a specific kind of professional exhaustion that comes from working with complex grief. You see the parent’s agony, you offer every ounce of your empathy, and yet the client remains frozen in time—unable to move past the loss.
The feeling of clinical helplessness when traditional talk therapy reaches its limit is a heavy burden. You start to wonder if you are merely witnessing suffering rather than helping to transform it.
In this 3-week intensive, we will conduct an in-depth analysis of recorded clinical tape featuring Bruce Ecker. We will watch him work with a mother struggling with complex grief after the tragic loss of her son.
We don't just watch; we use the science of Process Coding to deconstruct exactly how he does it. We strip away the "magic" to reveal the repeatable, neurobiological steps Ecker uses to unlock this mother from her grief and bring lasting change.

Active Participation: To foster a true "study group" atmosphere, this is a cameras on and mics on experience. We learn through active discussion and real-time process coding.
Who Should Join? Appropriate for supervisors, licensed clinicians, and unlicensed clinicians. If you're ready to stop just learning about therapy and start deliberately practicing your craft, this is for you.
